Quite simply because this contrary to what one might think: lipids (fat) are not responsible for your fat. On the contrary, lipids are used by the body and more particularly by the brain. The goal of the ketogenic diet or ketogenic diet is to restore this imbalance. A tea or coffee without sugar. For those who wish, you can add cream in your morning drink. It just needs to be unsweetened.
6 slices of serrano ham with broccoli and asparagus. You can eat my vegetables by steaming with a little garlic and olive oil. I often add spices such as basil, turmeric, or ginger.
A handful of squash seed. The seeds of the squash are naturally salty and rich in zinc. It is really good to taste and it helps to fight against the colds and other small bobos. In addition, this prevents water retention.
A plate is full of fresh spinach shoots.
2 small escalopes of turkey or chicken. Little advice for preparation. Cut the cutlets into small pieces, then add ginger with basil. Saute it in pan fry for 8-10 minutes and it’s done!

The ketogenic diet makes it possible in particular to combat the spread of cancer cells. This way of feeding therefore literally saves, the lives of thousands of humans. And especially the life of a thousand epileptic children. As a result, the ketogenic diet is very simple to set up.

I myself adopted this food mode to my diet. The principle is based on rather low consumption of carbohydrates the week that I double over the weekend.
On the other hand, I do not consume as much fat as recommended in the ketogenic diet because I do not want to go into ketosis. It simplifies my life and allows me to get the best results possible.
